Ea Air Induction Filters
 AMSOIL now offers universal air induction filters (EaAU) designed to replace stock oil wetted gauze or foam conical filters that were supplied with custom induction systems produced by K&N, Injen, S&B, Green, AIRAID, AFE, TrueFlow and more. AMSOIL Ea Air Induction Filters offer better efficiency, excellent airflow and are cleanable. Gauze and foam filters sacrifice filtration for flow, so in order to gain a few horsepower you have to let a lot of contaminants into your engine, which eventually end up in your oil and can lead to accelerated wear. Amsoil EaA filters get you the improved flow without forgoing effective filtration. In fact, they filter BETTER than regular paper filters.

Amsoil Ea Air filters are guaranteed for 100,000 miles or four years. Once per year you just clean it by gently vacuuming it, or blowing it off with low-pressure air. If you replaced your regular paper-element air filter once per year like you're supposed to, the EaA filter pays for itself in the 3rd year. If you've been using an oiled gauze cone filter or an oiled foam filter, you save with an EaA filter because you don't have to buy a cleaning kit. There's no cleaner needed, and no oil to apply.

EaA stands for Absolute Efficiency - Air, and the name comes from the fact that Amsoil's nano-fiber technology filter is 5 times more efficient at 0.8 microns than paper, and 50 times more than wetted gauze. That means it removes 50 times more dirt and dust from the intake air. While filtering better, it also flows far better than paper, and doesn't clog up over time. Compared to gauze, EaA flows almost as well when clean, and doesn't flows less and less as the filter media loads up, like gauze or foam.
